Today, at 10:00 am, in SE NRIC’s building 110 Maria Luiza blvd, a Commission appointed by the Director General of the company, opened the offers for the Project “Dimitrovgrad – Svilengrad railway upgrading and electrification”.
Subject to the public procurement: “Dimitrovgrad – Svilengrad railway upgrading and electrification” as per separate Legs as follows:
Position 1 - “Dimitrovgrad – Harmanli railway section upgrading and electrification” (from km 231+560 within the open road Yabalkovo – Dimitrovgrad to km 266+000 within the open road Simeonovgrad - Harmanli), Dimitrovgrad and Simeonovgrad stations inclusive and all stations and halts in between, with an approximate length of the track 36 km;
Position 2 – “Harmanli - Svilengrad railway section upgrading and electrification” (from km 266+000 within the open road Simeonovgrad – Harmanli to km 297+750 within the open road Svilengrad – Turkish border), Harmanli and Svilengrad stations inclusive and all stations and halts in between, with an approximate length of the track 34 km and Svilengrad – Greek border railway line upgrading and electrification with an approximate length of 4 km;
Position 3 – Construction of new TPSS Simeonovgrad and Svilengrad and extension of the existing TPSS Dimitrovgrad.
The procurement for each separate leg incorporates designing and construction works and their implementation as follows:
Preparation of a working design, incorporating all activities for renewing/updating of the railway infrastructure and/or construction of TPSS as per the positions.
Construction installation works as per the positions is described in details in the participation documentation.
The participants may participate only for one separate position with its entire volume.
